How long will it take for my order to ship out ?
Ready to ship orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.
Pre – Order takes 15-21 business days processing time.
How long does shipping take?

The shipping duration depends on the courier service, express shipping takes 3-7 business days. Shipping is not included in processing time. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of receiving your package.

Do I need to provide Measurements for wig orders ?

No, All of wig units come in a Standard Size that fits most.

Are all wigs glueless?

No, only closure wigs are glue-less. Frontal Wigs are not.

Do you offer installment payment ?

Unfortunelty NO .

How soon will my accessory order be shipped out?

Accessory Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. If you order an accessory with a wig that requires a longer processing time, they will all be shipped together once the wig is completed.

Refunds / Cancellations

Cancelations and refund can only be made within 24hrs of making a normal purchase.
Cancellation and refund are not possible during sales, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out.
After an order is in the hands of the shipping service, we are not responsible for loss of goods, stolen goods or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct as you check out. We are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not to be held responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If your package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
